About the role

The Financial Consultant role at emPLE Ghana is a full‑time hybrid position based in Tarkwa, offering flexibility to work from home. You will partner with clients to understand their financial objectives and provide tailored life, health, and pension insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to assess financial goals and current situation.
• Develop individualized financial plans and prepare detailed proposals.
• Present solutions, answer client queries, and ensure ongoing policy servicing.
• Analyze financial information and stay current on product offerings and regulatory requirements.
