Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Asante Gold Corporation is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and strategic planning across its gold mining operations in Ghana. The role provides financial insight and decision support to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process for all operations.
• Coordinate rolling forecasts and long‑range financial plans.
• Monitor budget performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and business planning.
• Evaluate financial implications of new projects and opportunities.
• Prepare financial presentations for executive leadership and the Board.
• Produce monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports and dashboards.
• Partner with site leadership to enhance financial performance and provide guidance to operational teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or finance‑related) preferred.
• Proven experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical abilities and business acumen.
