Finished Product Warehouse Issuing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Finished Product Warehouse Issuing Manager to lead the dispatch and issuing operations at our manufacturing facility in Ghana. The role oversees the end‑to‑end issuing process, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination with internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the finished goods issuing process, including planning, transportation, sales coordination, financial reconciliation, inventory control, and system documentation.
• Lead and develop a large dispatch team, implementing a structured 5‑level issuing process.
• Train, guide, supervise, and evaluate issuing staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Take full accountability for dispatch results and analyze performance metrics such as productivity, attendance, and service quality.
• Investigate customer complaints related to dispatch errors, identify root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
• Coordinate daily dispatch tasks, allocate resources, and manage workflow to meet operational requirements.
• Facilitate communication with planning, production, transportation, sales, finance, security, and HR departments.
• Oversee dispatch safety protocols, manage accident records, and implement proactive safety measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience managing warehouse dispatch or issuing operations, preferably in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret performance data and drive continuous improvement.
• Excellent leadership and team‑development skills.
• Demonstrated capability to handle customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Knowledge of safety standards and experience enforcing workplace safety procedures.
