FMCG CRM Specialist (快消CRM专员)

About the role

The FMCG CRM Specialist will ensure the CRM system contains accurate and reliable information on customers, distributors, outlets, sales and inventory, supporting effective decision‑making across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate customer, distributor, outlet, sales and inventory data.
• Register, update and verify customer and outlet records, including mapping and classification across territories.
• Capture, monitor and analyse sales transactions, purchase orders and performance data from the field.
• Support distributor registration and activity monitoring, keeping their information up‑to‑date in the CRM.
• Provide pre‑sales technical support to sales teams, resolving login, synchronization and data‑entry issues.
• Monitor purchase order creation and status, ensuring accurate recording and follow‑up.
• Track inventory information, identify discrepancies between system records and physical stock.
• Generate regular CRM reports on sales, orders, outlet coverage, inventory and distributor performance for management decisions.
• Identify and report CRM technical issues and train users on proper system usage.
• Monitor CRM usage, recommend enhancements and work with other departments to improve data accuracy and automation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity.
• Experience in handling CRM data, sales information and inventory tracking.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using CRM software for data entry, reporting and troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyse sales and inventory data and produce actionable insights.
