French Business Analyst – Remote, $13/hr

About the role

This short‑term contract (12‑16 weeks) seeks a native‑level French speaker to evaluate AI‑generated email responses. Working remotely, you will help improve the quality of AI interactions by reviewing real inbox data and providing detailed feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI‑generated replies using professional email history and business account activity.
• Assess relevance, accuracy, and personalization of each response.
• Identify errors such as incorrect personalization or unsupported assumptions.
• Compare multiple AI responses to select the best user experience.
• Deliver detailed evaluation feedback to support model improvements.
• Follow project guidelines to ensure consistent, high‑quality evaluations.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in French.
• Significant experience in Business Analysis or a related field.
• Currently residing outside the United States.
• Active personal Gmail account with a balanced mix of French and English emails (each ≥30% of content) and at least 1,000 messages.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent written communication.
