Global Sr. Manager of Learning, Capability & Career Development

About the role

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Global Sr. Manager of Learning, Capability & Career Development to lead the design, development, and execution of learning experiences that accelerate employee growth, leadership readiness, and organizational capability across our global workforce. This role is responsible for creating learning ecosystems, competency‑based curricula, and structured development pathways that connect learning directly to business priorities and career aspirations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global learning, capability, and career development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Design and maintain competency frameworks, learning pathways, and the Academy portfolio for employees at all levels.
• Lead time‑to‑competency initiatives, onboarding, and role‑transition programs to accelerate employee effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, support succession planning, and enhance internal mobility.
• Facilitate leadership, management, and professional development programs globally, using blended, virtual, and classroom formats.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development or related fields.
• Deep expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design, and competency‑based learning journeys.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage global matrixed projects.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and analytical skills with experience measuring learning impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
