Graduate Trainee, Talent Acquisition Operations & Administration

About the role

The Graduate Trainee, Talent Acquisition Operations & Administration will support global recruitment operations, data management and candidate coordination. Working under a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will provide day‑to‑day administrative and operational assistance throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update recruitment data on the OneHR Recruiting platform, ensuring real‑time accuracy of candidate statuses and compliance records.
• Generate recruitment reports and system data to track performance metrics such as Time‑to‑Fill and source effectiveness.
• Support recruiters in building structured talent pools within SuccessFactors for future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial resume screenings and assist with phone screening calls for entry‑level and high‑volume roles.
• Organise digital assessment centres, group interviews and schedule virtual (MS Teams) and face‑to‑face interviews across multiple sites and time zones.
• Manage calendar invites, interview guides and candidate documentation for hiring panels.
• Provide proactive administrative support on key Talent Acquisition projects and onboarding workflows.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a highly organized and analytical mindset.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks across regions.

Required skills

• Experience with OneHR Recruiting platform.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors talent management system.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Teams for virtual interviews.
