Graduate Trainee – Talent Acquisition Operations & Administration

About the role

This Graduate Trainee position offers an entry‑level professional development opportunity in Talent Acquisition Operations and Administration. Working under the guidance of a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle across AngloGold Ashanti’s African sites.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update candidate data on the OneHR Recruiting platform, ensuring real‑time accuracy and compliance.
• Generate recruitment performance reports (e.g., Time‑to‑Fill, source effectiveness) for internal stakeholders.
• Assist recruiters in building and managing structured talent pools within SuccessFactors.
• Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified applicants.
• Support recruiters with basic phone screening calls for entry‑level positions.
• Help coordinate onboarding workflows and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong academic record.
• Highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to transition from academic theory to corporate execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with the OneHR Recruiting platform.
• Experience using SuccessFactors for talent pool management.
