Graduate Trainee – Talent Acquisition Operations & Administration

About the role

This Graduate Trainee position supports the Talent Acquisition team in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment operations across AngloGold Ashanti’s African sites. Working under the guidance of a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will gain hands‑on experience with HR technology, data reporting, and candidate coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update candidate information on the OneHR Recruiting platform, ensuring real‑time accuracy and compliance.
• Generate recruitment performance reports (e.g., Time‑to‑Fill, source effectiveness) for internal stakeholders.
• Assist recruiters in building structured talent pools within SuccessFactors.
• Conduct initial resume screenings to identify qualified applicants.
• Support phone screening calls and basic candidate evaluations.
• Help coordinate onboarding workflows and related administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong analytical mindset.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and work under direct supervision.

Required skills

• Experience with OneHR Recruiting platform.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors talent management system.
