Graphic Designer / Creative Director

About the role

Hipro Marketing is seeking a senior‑level Graphic Designer who will also act as Creative Director. Based on‑site in Kaneshie, Accra, you will lead visual projects for both clients and the agency, ensuring high‑impact creative output.

Key responsibilities

• Design creative assets for client campaigns and internal use.
• Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Create 2D animations from concept sketches.
• Capture product photographs for marketing materials.
• Develop user‑interface concepts for websites and mobile applications.
• Produce illustrations that translate ideas into visual stories.
• Manage assigned design projects from brief to delivery.
• Pitch concepts to clients, investors and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to guarantee successful outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum HND qualification or at least 3 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Demonstrated record of innovative, out‑of‑the‑box creativity.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design, animation and photography work.
• Willingness to work on‑site; remote work is not permitted.
