Group General Manager – Dental Clinics

About the role

The Smile Restore Dental Clinics are seeking a full‑time Group General Manager to lead multiple clinic locations in Accra and the Tema region. Reporting to senior leadership, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, growth, and superior patient experiences across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all dental clinics, ensuring efficiency and high‑quality care.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost‑control measures.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical standards.
• Collaborate with individual clinic managers to achieve strategic objectives.
• Lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience, preferably in healthcare or a service‑oriented environment.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, revenue generation, and cost management.
• Excellent problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
