GTM Engineer

About the role

Zof AI is looking for a GTM Engineer to drive AI product adoption by building custom demos and proof‑of‑concepts that win deals. You will act as the technical champion throughout the sales cycle, leveraging AI tools and automation to streamline research, enrichment, and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver custom demos and proof‑of‑concepts that demonstrate product value.
• Own the technical side of the sales process from discovery to contract signing.
• Automate GTM workflows using AI agents for research, enrichment, and follow‑up.
• Explain complex AI concepts clearly to buyers and stakeholders.
• Create technical collateral, demo scripts, and customer‑facing materials.
• Capture objections, requirements, and market feedback for product improvement.
• Hand off successful deals to solutions and deployment teams.
• Contribute to shaping Zof AI’s value‑proofing methodology.

Required profile

• Ability to build functional software and demos quickly.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting to buyers.
• Fluency with AI tools and modern GTM platforms.
• Technical curiosity and deep understanding of AI products.
• Excellent organization, follow‑through, and high ownership.
• Willingness to learn rapidly in a fast‑moving environment.
