About the role
WusuWusu is Africa's first regulated prediction exchange. Compliance is not a constraint – it is the foundation we build on. We are looking for a Head of Compliance who can own our regulatory relationships across multiple jurisdictions as we expand.
Key responsibilities
- Own regulatory relationships across multiple jurisdictions.
- Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with the Ghana Gaming Commission, Bank of Ghana, and equivalent bodies in new markets.
- Build and manage compliance programmes from scratch.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer or compliance professional with 6+ years of experience.
- Deep knowledge of Ghana Gaming Commission regulations.
- Familiarity with Bank of Ghana AML/KYC requirements.
- Experience with multi‑jurisdiction financial services or gaming licensing.
- Ability to build and manage compliance programmes from scratch.
