About the role

The Head of Finance will lead all financial activities of the company, ensuring optimal use of capital and resources. This senior position is responsible for shaping financial strategy, overseeing accounting operations, and safeguarding the organization’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual financial results.
Approve or reject budgets and allocate resources.
Conduct risk management and evaluate investment opportunities.
Supervise a team of accountants and manage cash flows.
Perform profit and cost analyses to drive profitability.
Develop secure procedures for handling confidential information.
Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.
Consult board members on funding options and recommend cost‑reducing solutions.

Required profile

Proven experience crafting financial strategies.
Demonstrated ability to manage and lead accounting teams.
Strong track record of maintaining and improving a company’s financial health.
Experience in risk assessment and investment decision‑making.
