Headteacher

About the role

The Headteacher will provide strategic academic leadership and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Kinder Paradise schools in Accra and the Tema region. This senior role is responsible for fostering an inclusive learning environment and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead curriculum delivery, assessment practices and technology integration to ensure teaching excellence.
• Manage school administration, budgeting, policy implementation and safety standards.
• Supervise, mentor and evaluate teaching and non‑teaching staff, promoting professional development.
• Engage with parents, PTA, management and external partners while ensuring compliance with GES regulations and safeguarding policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior school leadership role.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Ghanaian curriculum and educational policies.
• Strong organizational, people‑management and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
