About the role
The company seeks an Environmental Health Safety Specialist to support safety operations across its ceramics manufacturing plant. You will ensure a safe working environment by conducting inspections, delivering training, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments on the factory floor.
- Deliver safety training and induction programs for employees.
- Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor compliance with internal safety policies and external regulations.
- Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
- Support emergency response planning and coordination.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- NEBOSH or IOSH certification.
- Prior experience in industrial safety is an advantage.
- Strong communication and report‑writing abilities.
