Hotel Manager

About the role

The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations at our Accra property, ensuring guests receive a seamless and memorable experience. Reporting to senior management, you will coordinate front‑desk, housekeeping and revenue activities while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety and service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage check‑ins and check‑outs, and address any complaints promptly.
• Supervise front‑desk, housekeeping and service staff during assigned shifts, create schedules, monitor attendance and train new employees.
• Ensure rooms, lobby and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Handle cashier duties, billing, prepare shift reports and monitor room occupancy and bookings.
• Support the Hotel Manager with inventory control, supplies and daily operational tasks.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with at least 24 months of experience in hotel or hospitality operations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to resolve guest issues quickly.
• Experience supervising staff and managing schedules.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling, billing and occupancy monitoring.
