Hotel Marketing Executive

About the role

The Hotel Marketing Executive will lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for our hotel partners across the Greater Accra Region. Working on‑site, you will collaborate with sales teams and internal stakeholders to boost brand visibility and drive bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for hotel partners.
• Design promotional campaigns and coordinate advertising across online and offline channels.
• Conduct market research, analyse customer trends and identify new sales opportunities.
• Maintain consistent branding and clear communication with hotel partners.
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports and present insights to management.
• Participate in client meetings, events and networking activities to support business growth.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in hospitality, travel or hotel marketing.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred).
• Strong market planning, research and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
• Basic data analysis for campaign optimisation.
