HR Lead

About the role

InEvent is seeking an HR Lead to support its growing team across Accra and Tema. The role combines employee‑relations advisory with employer‑branding initiatives in a fast‑moving B2B startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise on employee relations and engagement matters.
• Maintain accurate HR and personnel records and manage the HRIS.
• Analyze departmental needs and improve HR processes, policies and documentation.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to redesign social‑media pages and create candidate‑facing campaigns.
• Develop and execute branding strategies to raise InEvent’s employer visibility.
• Support talent‑acquisition activities, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and off‑boarding.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in HR, focusing on employee relations and branding.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Creative mindset with experience designing employer‑brand initiatives.
• Familiarity with digital‑marketing tools and social‑media platforms.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills.
