HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources function across Accra and the Tema region. You will be responsible for attracting top talent, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard high‑quality staff.
• Provide training, counseling and coaching to employees.
• Mediate conflicts and handle disciplinary, investigation and termination processes.
• Conduct performance and wage reviews.
• Develop, communicate and enforce clear HR policies.
• Prepare concise reports and deliver engaging presentations.
• Maintain workplace health and safety compliance and reporting.
• Protect employee and workplace privacy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
• Minimum five years of HR experience, preferably in retail, fashion or FMCG sectors.
• Proven ability to build positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in staff education, coaching and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with workplace investigations and privacy standards.
