About the role
We are looking for an HR Officer to join our team in Accra. The role will support the organization’s people strategy by handling recruitment, employee relations, training and compliance. You will work closely with managers to ensure a positive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations issues and promote a collaborative workplace.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
- Maintain accurate HR records and support performance management.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Solid knowledge of HR practices and Ghana labor legislation.
- Proven ability to manage recruitment and onboarding.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in HR software (HRIS).
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and basic data entry.
