Human Resource Generalist (Outsourcing)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Human Resource Generalist to join our outsourcing team in Accra. You will serve as the main HR liaison for a portfolio of client companies, delivering high‑quality advisory services and managing the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned client accounts, setting expectations and providing HR consultancy.
• Oversee onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding for outsourced staff.
• Prepare and process monthly payrolls, maintaining accurate staff records in HRIS platforms.
• Manage outsourced HR service delivery, ensuring SLA compliance and client satisfaction.
• Maintain vendor relationships and support general office administration.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with Ghanaian labour laws and industry regulations.
• Mediate complex employee‑relations issues between clients and outsourced personnel.
• Monitor service level agreements to drive value and retain clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑6 years progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a client‑facing or consultancy role.
• Strong knowledge of Ghanaian labour law and HR compliance standards.
• Relevant HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, SPHRi) are a plus.
