Human Resource Manager – Lead HR Strategy

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR function across Accra and the Tema region. The role will partner with senior leadership to shape talent strategy, ensure compliance, and drive employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute talent acquisition, retention and succession plans.
• Provide guidance on complex HR issues, including accommodations, investigations and terminations.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing and hiring for managerial and professional positions.
• Analyze compensation trends and recommend competitive pay structures.
• Design and deliver learning and development programs for staff.
• Manage employee disciplinary actions, investigations and terminations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies.
• Stay current on HR best practices, regulatory changes and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum five years of HR management experience.
• Residence in or near Kpone Barrier or Community 25.
• Strong understanding of Ghanaian employment legislation.
