About the role
The Human Resources Manager will lead all HR activities for the newly opening Amber Hotel Accra Airport, ensuring the recruitment, onboarding and development of a high‑performing team that delivers exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract qualified hotel staff across all functions.
- Manage onboarding, training, performance management and employee relations.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures and compliance with local labour regulations.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration and HR reporting.
- Collaborate with senior hotel leadership to align workforce planning with business objectives.
Required profile
- Proven experience in hotel HR management, preferably with international exposure.
- Current employment in a hotel environment and a track record of successful talent acquisition.
- Relevant HR qualifications and a passion for hospitality.
