About the role
Our client, a successful agricultural company based in Tema, Ghana, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing the complete employee life‑cycle, from recruitment through to exit, and ensuring effective performance management and budgeting. The position offers a monthly CTC of USD 800.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the full employee life‑cycle, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding.
- Oversee performance management processes and HR budgeting.
- Manage HR operations for a workforce of 60+ staff, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and labour legislation.
Required profile
- Completed HR qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of HR generalist/operational experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Ghanaian labour legislation.
- Proven experience working with both local and expatriate employees.
