Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist to lead and execute strategic HR initiatives across the organization. The role will partner with senior leadership to align workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, compensation and HR analytics with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic HR Planning: collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Talent Acquisition: oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding and maintain relationships with agencies and educational institutions.
• Employee Relations: address employee concerns, grievances and conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
• Performance Management: design and manage performance appraisal processes, goal setting and coaching.
• Training and Development: identify training needs, create development programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Compliance and Legal: ensure HR policies comply with labor laws, maintain accurate employee records and manage audits.
• Benefits and Compensation: administer benefits programs, coordinate payroll and benchmark compensation.
• HR Metrics and Reporting: develop and track key HR metrics, providing insights to senior management.
• Administrative Function: oversee all administrative functions within the business.

Required profile

• Proven experience in people management at a managerial or mid‑managerial level within a similar industry.
• Strong understanding of recruitment strategy, service management and performance management principles.
• Familiarity with business functions such as training, business development, communications management and employee experience is an advantage.
• Ability to define long‑term business strategy.
