ILO SCORE Training Coordinator

About the role

The Association of Ghana Industries, in partnership with the International Labour Organisation, is seeking an ILO SCORE Training Coordinator to lead its SCORE programme across Accra and the Tema region. This full‑time position will focus on designing and delivering training for SMEs, while fostering collaboration among multiple institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement the ILO SCORE training programme for SMEs.
• Develop and deliver training modules in human resource management, marketing of training services, and factory quality, production, and OSHE.
• Facilitate partnerships with at least two institutions in a collaborative environment.
• Engage with CEOs, senior staff, and participants to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Maintain training records and produce regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Masters degree with a minimum of two years relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with six years experience.
• Experience in any two of the following: HR management, marketing of training services, factory quality/production/OSHE, SME training coordination.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work with senior executives and staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Strong organisational capabilities.
