Implementation Architect

About the role

Zof AI is looking for an Implementation Architect to design and deliver AI solutions within enterprise customer environments in Accra, Ghana. You will own the technical implementation from signed contract through production, turning AI capabilities into concrete business cases and rollout plans.

Key responsibilities

• Design per‑customer technical implementation and integration architecture.
• Own end‑to‑end onboarding from contract signing to production deployment.
• Translate AI capabilities into business cases and sequenced rollouts.
• Define measurable success criteria with customers.
• Partner with forward‑deployed engineers to deliver solutions on site.
• Design integrations with customer systems, data sources, and workflows.
• Build reusable reference architectures from repeated engagements.
• Act as the trusted technical advisor within customer accounts.

Required profile

• Strong technical architecture and systems design judgment.
• Experience implementing software in enterprise environments.
• Ability to run structured onboarding and rollout programs.
• Comfort presenting to both engineers and executives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Capability to manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously.
• High ownership of customer outcomes and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
