Incubation Manager

About the role

AFG is building Peralta, Africa’s premier freelance talent marketplace. The Incubation Manager will design and implement the operating model that turns the growth‑stage proposition into a reliable, scalable business.

Key responsibilities

• Define and embed systems, tools, templates, dashboards and routines for talent onboarding, client conversion, project delivery, invoicing, payments and performance reporting.
• Grow a high‑quality talent community with clear selection criteria, tiering, accurate profiles and availability tracking.
• Design a repeatable client journey from outreach and qualification through offer development, onboarding, delivery, feedback and repeat business.
• Build and manage a revenue pipeline, secure high‑value projects and create pathways to recurring revenue.
• Clarify operating interfaces across the AFG ecosystem, outline the initial team structure and use delivery data to refine the marketplace model and scale‑up plan.

Required profile

• Hands‑on operator with experience translating growth‑stage concepts into operational reality.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to create practical, data‑driven processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across talent, clients and internal teams.
• Proven track record of building scalable operating models in a fast‑moving environment.
