Independent Delivery Operations Partner

About the role

We are expanding our logistics network across Ghana and are looking for independent professionals to join us as Delivery Operations Partners. In this role you will act as the frontline representative, ensuring packages are delivered securely, customers are satisfied, and cash‑on‑delivery payments are processed promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Verify customer details before each delivery and complete required documentation.
• Hand over packages to customers at designated locations, ensuring chain‑of‑custody standards.
• Collect COD payments and remit cash within 24 hours.
• Update delivery status in the CRM system immediately after assignment and handover.
• Communicate professionally with customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations team to resolve any logistical issues.

Required profile

• Own a personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) with a valid license.
• Possess an Android or iOS smartphone with stable data connectivity.
• Ability to use Telegram, Google Maps and browser‑based CRM applications.
• Calm, professional demeanor in customer interactions.
• Experience in logistics or delivery is a strong advantage.
• Readiness to adopt European business standards and handle goods responsibly.
