About the role
The Ghana Technology University College is seeking an Instructional Designer to join its Center for Online Learning and Teaching. The role focuses on creating high‑quality online and hybrid courses that support the university’s digital learning strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with faculty and the Center for Online Learning and Teaching to design, develop, and implement online and hybrid course materials.
- Apply instructional design principles to ensure engaging, pedagogically sound learning experiences.
- Conduct needs analyses, define learning objectives, and select appropriate media and technologies.
- Evaluate and revise course content based on learner feedback and performance data.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Instructional Design or a closely related field.
- Minimum of three years’ professional experience designing online or hybrid courses.
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and best practices in e‑learning.
Required skills
- Instructional design methodologies.
- Course development for online and blended environments.
