Interior Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Interior Designer to join our team in Accra. You will work directly with clients to translate their vision into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to capture needs, preferences and budget constraints.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, floor plans and 3D renderings.
• Select materials, furniture, fixtures, colour schemes and finishes.
• Prepare and present design proposals for client approval.
• Source suppliers, vendors and contractors and manage procurement.
• Oversee project execution to ensure designs are implemented correctly and on schedule.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines and budgets.
• Stay updated on interior design trends, materials and technologies.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and other professionals as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
• Excellent understanding of space planning and design principles.
• Strong communication and client‑management skills.
• Creativity and keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max.
• Proficiency in Photoshop.
