International Consultant – Facilitate Training on Effective Communication and Presentation Skills (Home‑Based, 7 days)

About the role

UNICEF Ghana is seeking an International Consultant to design and deliver a tailored, seven‑day training programme on effective communication and presentation skills for its staff. The consultancy is home‑based, allowing the consultant to work remotely while providing technical support that aligns with UNICEF’s programme priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a customised training curriculum focused on written, visual, and verbal communication techniques.
• Facilitate interactive workshops that enable participants to craft audience‑tailored pitches.
• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure staff can confidently deliver presentations that support internal communication and resource mobilisation.
• Prepare training materials, handouts, and post‑training resources.
• Evaluate training outcomes and recommend follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering communication or presentation training, preferably in an international or development context.
• Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage adult learners remotely.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and meet the seven‑day delivery schedule.
