International Consultant – Training on Communication & Presentation Skills

About the role

UNICEF Ghana is seeking an International Consultant to design and deliver a seven‑day, home‑based training programme on effective communication and presentation skills for its staff. The consultant will work remotely and tailor the curriculum to UNICEF’s internal communication and resource‑mobilisation priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a customized training curriculum and supporting materials on evidence‑based communication techniques.
• Facilitate interactive sessions that enable participants to craft audience‑tailored pitches.
• Guide staff in applying communication skills to internal messaging and resource‑mobilisation efforts.
• Provide post‑training feedback and recommendations for ongoing capacity building.

Required profile

• Proven experience in adult learning and facilitation, preferably in the humanitarian or development sector.
• Strong background in communication, public speaking, and presentation design.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results remotely.
