International Consultant – Training on Effective Communication & Presentation Skills (Remote, 7 days)

About the role

UNICEF Ghana is seeking an International Consultant to design and deliver a short, remote training programme on effective communication and presentation skills for its staff. The assignment lasts seven days and will be conducted from the consultant’s home office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a tailored training curriculum that addresses written, visual and verbal communication techniques.
• Prepare training materials, exercises and presentation templates aligned with UNICEF’s programme priorities.
• Facilitate interactive virtual sessions for UNICEF staff, ensuring participants can craft audience‑tailored pitches.
• Provide constructive feedback and post‑training support to reinforce learning outcomes.
• Document training impact and recommend follow‑up actions for internal communication and resource mobilisation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in delivering training on communication, presentation or public speaking, preferably in an international or development context.
• Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage adult learners remotely.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• No specific technical software skills are required.
