Invoicer & Petty Cash Officer

About the role

The Invoicer & Petty Cash Officer is responsible for generating accurate customer invoices, managing petty cash transactions, and supporting collections and accounts‑receivable activities. This position acts as a key link between Sales, Warehouse, Customers, and Finance to ensure smooth billing and cash handling processes.

Key responsibilities

• Generate timely and accurate invoices based on approved sales orders, prices, discounts, promotions and schemes.
• Verify customer credit limits and terms before invoicing and ensure compliance with pricing, discount, tax and policy guidelines.
• Process credit notes, debit notes, invoice amendments and billing adjustments following authorization procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries on invoices, statements and billing discrepancies, and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse and Finance to resolve issues.
• Support the Accounts Receivable team with collections follow‑up, account reconciliations and overdue account escalation.
• Maintain the company’s petty cash fund, record all receipts and payments with detailed narrations, and reconcile cash balances daily.
• Prepare periodic reports on invoicing, collections, customer balances and credit‑limit utilization.
