Junior Electrical & Mechanical Engineer (Onsite, Accra)

About the role

We are looking for motivated Junior Electrical/Mechanical Engineers to join our client’s project team in Accra. The role is full‑time and on‑site, supporting engineering projects from concept through to completion for a client based in Kuwait.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, analysis and documentation of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Prepare and review technical drawings using CAD tools.
• Perform calculations, testing and iterative improvements of components.
• Support installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Collaborate with senior engineers, project managers and multidisciplinary teams to meet specifications, safety standards and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Strong foundation in both mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
• Basic project‑management abilities and good teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Accra and learn under senior guidance.
