Junior Graphics Producer

About the role

As a Junior Graphics Producer you will adapt and localise global content assets for Nestlé’s digital, video, retail, e‑commerce, CRM and print channels in the Ghana market. You will work within the NBS Content Solutions team, collaborating with production managers, account teams and other stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, brand‑compliant output.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end content adaptation across all channels, resizing, retouching and reformatting master assets to meet market, language and technical requirements.
• Repurpose existing assets to maximise reuse and minimise duplicate creative work.
• Support simple video and motion adaptations, including editing, transitions, GIFs, HTML5 and platform‑specific deliverables.
• Use Content Hub and approved Nestlé platforms to track adaptation activities, ensuring compliance with metadata, governance and legal standards.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks and enable scalable production workflows.
• Collaborate with production managers and account teams to clarify briefs, resolve issues and meet delivery deadlines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in graphics production, content adaptation or localisation.
• Experience working with global brand guidelines and localisation requirements.
• Strong planning, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities, with a detail‑oriented mindset.
