Junior Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Junior Social Media Manager to join our growing team remotely. You will help Ghanaian and African brands stand out online by turning brand stories into scroll‑stopping posts.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Design visuals and graphics using Canva and Adobe tools.
• Run and manage Meta Ads campaigns, including boosting, lead generation, and brand awareness.
• Manage Facebook Business Pages and foster community engagement.
• Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with the creative team on brand campaigns and client briefs.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on social media management experience.
• Strong content design skills using Canva and/or Adobe Suite.
• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Suite.
• Excellent written communication in English (knowledge of Twi or Pidgin is a plus).
• Understanding of content trends in the Ghanaian and West African market.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• A strong portfolio of social media content you have managed or created.
