Lease Operations Associate

About the role

The Lease Operations Associate will support day‑to‑day lease administration as Greenwheels expands in Ghana, ensuring accurate documentation, billing, and a smooth customer experience throughout the lease lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Validate onboarding documents, prepare lease agreements, and maintain accurate customer accounts.
• Generate lease invoices, monitor milestones, renewals and contract expirations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, address lease‑related inquiries, and monitor satisfaction.
• Work with finance to process payments, reconcile billing discrepancies, and prepare performance reports.
• Liaise with fleet and inventory teams to allocate vehicles, track status, and minimize downtime.
• Produce operational reports, track KPIs, and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, leasing, financial services or transportation.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as Zoho Finance or Salesforce.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
