Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

About the role

NAYA by Africa is seeking a Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to lead finished‑goods warehouse operations across Accra and the Tema region. You will ensure seamless flow from production to retail, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and timeliness.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finished‑products warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, stock rotation and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock records and inventory systems for finished goods.
• Monitor stock levels across retail shops and supermarkets, coordinate replenishment and prevent stock‑outs.
• Manage dispatch and delivery of finished goods to retail locations, proactively addressing delays or errors.
• Collaborate closely with the Retail Manager and Sales Manager to align warehouse supply with retail demand.
• Ensure finished goods meet NAYA’s quality and presentation standards before dispatch.
• Prepare regular stock and dispatch reports for management.
• Lead and develop the Supply Chain Associate.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, distribution or supply operations, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics or retail.
• Experience managing finished‑goods flow to retail or supermarket accounts is a strong advantage.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive problem‑solver.
• Strong coordination skills across retail, sales and warehouse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
