Logistics Assistant

About the role

Join CANAL+ Group in Ghana as a Logistics Assistant, supporting the company’s technical teams with efficient stock, fleet, and import operations. You will ensure accurate inventory, manage vehicle documentation, and assist with customs procedures to keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain stock accuracy by registering inbound/outbound movements, organizing material deliveries, conducting regular counts, handling defective items, and updating the dedicated management software.
• Oversee fleet administration, including vehicle licensing, insurance, fuel consumption tracking, and maintenance/repair coordination.
• Support import processes by preparing pre‑shipment documents, managing customs classifications (HS codes), monitoring duties and taxes payments, and liaising with finance, service providers, and headquarters.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in supply‑chain functions such as warehouse or stock management.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a driver’s licence.
• Fluent English (native level); French is a plus.
