Loss Prevention Manager

About the role

The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for overseeing daily security and loss‑prevention operations at our Airport City facility in Accra. The role ensures the safety of property, employees, and guests while driving continuous improvement in both satisfaction and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor emergency and safety procedures.
• Investigate all incidents of property loss and coordinate disposition with management.
• Deploy and supervise security staff to protect assets across the property and parking areas.
• Conduct regular patrols, maintain logs, certifications, and required documentation.
• Identify hazards, recommend risk‑mitigation actions, and ensure compliance with corporate loss‑prevention guidelines.
• Handle complaints, resolve disputes, and provide support to employees and guests.
• Lead weekly meetings, recognize team achievements, and coach staff for performance improvement.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of security/loss‑prevention experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Criminal Justice (or related) with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to manage security operations, conduct investigations, and enforce safety standards.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and management.
