Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will represent our brand within hairdresser associations, trade fairs and professional beauty events across Greater Accra and beyond. You will gather consumer insights, monitor pricing, conduct market research and create digital content to drive adoption of our hair‑care and home‑cleaning product ranges.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with hairdresser associations, salons and professional groups, delivering product presentations and building relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Design and conduct consumer and shopper surveys in salons, markets, supermarkets and informal retail channels, translating data into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Perform regular price comparison exercises across retail formats, maintain a price‑tracking matrix and produce monthly price intelligence reports.
• Plan and execute structured market surveys to assess brand awareness, product penetration, distribution reach and competitive positioning, and present findings to management.
• Develop and manage social‑media and digital content to support brand communication and promotional activities.
• Track and report on marketing KPIs such as brand awareness scores, trial and repeat purchase rates, and market‑share estimates.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with up to 24 months of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret consumer and market data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging professional audiences.
• Detail‑oriented and able to maintain accurate engagement logs and insight databases.
