Marketing Intern

About the role

SPD Realty is seeking a Marketing Intern to support its real‑estate projects in Kumasi. This full‑time, hybrid position offers hands‑on experience in market research, campaign execution, and event coordination within a dynamic development environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with market research and analysis for residential, commercial and mixed‑use projects.
• Prepare and update marketing materials, presentations and digital content.
• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across social media and other digital channels.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams to align messaging and gather client insights.
• Maintain marketing databases, reports and performance dashboards.
• Help organise property viewings, promotional events and open houses.
• Collect feedback from prospective and existing clients to refine strategies.
• Contribute ideas for improving brand visibility and outreach.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to conduct market research and support strategy development.
• Interest or basic experience in sales and marketing, preferably within real estate.
• Organisational aptitude with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, able to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts.
• Basic competency with digital tools for content creation and reporting.
