About the role

Euro Homes Group is looking for a results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its furniture and interior design products. You will shape and execute marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, drive sales, and align with the company’s creative vision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Oversee social media channels, digital initiatives, and online campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales and product development teams to create promotional materials, events, and campaigns.
• Produce and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, advertisements, and web content.
• Monitor campaign performance using data analysis and reporting tools.
• Manage the marketing budget to ensure cost‑effective resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the marketing team to deliver innovative campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within furniture, interior design, or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project‑management abilities.
• Innovative mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while handling multiple projects.
