About the role
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Officer to join our micro‑finance branch in Accra. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will design and execute marketing initiatives that promote our financial products and strengthen our market position.
Key responsibilities
- Develop actionable marketing strategies aligned with business targets.
- Plan and run advertising and public‑relations campaigns.
- Support acquisition of new accounts and promote existing services.
- Prepare reports on campaign performance and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to create financial product messaging.
Required profile
- Minimum HND in Marketing.
- At least two years of marketing experience in a financial institution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small creative team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Familiarity with project‑management tools and processes.
