Marketing Manager

About the role

Foundervine is seeking a driven Marketing Manager to lead multi‑channel campaigns, create compelling content, and enhance brand visibility across its accelerator programmes. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced, mission‑led environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and deliver multi‑channel promotional campaigns to drive programme sign‑ups via social media, email and the website.
• Collaborate with external clients and programme partners to ensure consistent branding and develop client‑ready presentations and assets.
• Lead impact campaigns, gather insights, and craft narratives that position Foundervine as a thought leader in inclusive innovation.
• Use graphic design tools (Canva, Figma) and basic video editing (Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush) to produce ads, banners and social content.
• Monitor performance with HubSpot, Google Analytics and Excel, reporting KPIs to senior leadership and optimizing campaigns.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Design, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional marketing certification (e.g., DipM, ProM, Google Digital Garage, HubSpot).
• Proven track record of creating and executing successful multi‑regional campaigns.
• Strong project and time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
