Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will be the voice of the company across digital platforms, trade partners, and every brand touchpoint. Working closely with the Managing Director and operations team, you will help shape strategic decisions as the business grows.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn; create premium photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions.
• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar; shoot and edit on‑farm and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Translate the farm‑to‑door story into consistent brand narratives across packaging, social media, and other channels.
• Build relationships with food bloggers, chefs, influencers and manage a chef‑ambassador programme.
• Support B2B outreach to restaurants, hotels, caterers and corporate buyers via LinkedIn and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Prepare sales‑enabling materials such as brochures, price lists, pitch decks and sample kits.
• Represent the company at food events, trade fairs and market activations.
• Plan and run paid social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok; track performance metrics and report results.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure the customer experience aligns with the brand promise; develop loyalty and referral programmes.

Required profile

• A degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in food, FMCG, hospitality or consumer brands.
• Proven track record of growing social media accounts.
• Strong content‑creation abilities: shooting, editing, writing and designing professional‑grade assets.
