Marketing Officer

About the role

The Marketing Officer will work as part of the Marketing Executive team to create and execute strategies for Shalina brands, aiming to establish a Top‑of‑Mind (TOM) brand identity among customers in a profitable way.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies for assigned brands.
• Create demand and position the brand as TOM through ATL (OOH, radio, social media, media buying) and BTL activities.
• Conduct customer and market surveys, analyze competitor activity, and design research‑based strategies.
• Lead cross‑functional coordination with sales, logistics, business development, medical, and print suppliers.
• Measure, report, and analyze campaign performance, identifying gaps and updating brand positioning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science or a related field.
• Experience in brand management, product management, or as a medical representative.
• Background in pharmaceutical marketing and sales, with exposure to Rxn brands considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical and market‑research skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Basic advertising & print knowledge.
